Way Truth Life - Week Two - Day One

What is Jesus up to? That is the question I want to ask every day. When I am consumed with what I am doing, I either get puffed up and proud, or disappointed and depressed. Every once in a while, I get bored. But when I focus my life on what God is doing, my life is full of adventure, and I find fulfillment. Jesus said: “My food is to do the will of the Father.” This week we continue our Journey with Jesus. When see how Jesus lived when He walked amongst us, our eyes are opened to what He wants to do amongst us today. Remember He told us we would do even greater things after He went to the Father.

This journal is your road map for the journey. You will be a witness to the miracles and healings of Jesus. You will learn from His teachings. You will be humbled at the cross and confounded at the empty tomb.  Even more you will discover this Jesus who lived, died and was buried, rose and is alive today. This journey is not just a trip down memory lane. This is an adventure where you will experience the wonder of his presence daily. We will see miracles and healings in our neighborhoods and in our day.

I encourage you to enjoy the adventure. Take time to interact with Jesus. Take time to listen. Take time to play if you want. Remember, “Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever,” and, “His mercies are new every morning.” This means, the same creative God is at work to do something new and fresh in your life.
